Depending on the accommodation regime or its conditions, in some cases, your credit card details will be required to guarantee payment of drinks or any other expenses you incur in our facilities and you request the charge to your room number.
Once the relevant expenses have been settled, signed and authorized by you, the card debit authorization document will be destroyed and your card details will be duly blocked.

We inform you that we maintain the strictest confidentiality of our clients. When we receive a phone call at the reception asking for the name and surnames of some of our guests, as a rule, and unless expressly authorized by you, it will not be transferred to your room.
Only calls that are requested to be transferred with the room number are transferred.
Any request from you regarding the handling of calls must be notified to our reception staff.

Tigaiga, S.A. is not responsible for those images or recordings collected in our establishments without the corresponding authorization. In particular, those that can or can be taken by the rest of the clients and at the same time be shared through the different social networks.
We remind you of the current legislation on the right to one's own image (Spanish Law -LO 1/1982 of 5 May) with regard to photographs or recordings of persons. This is a constitutional and fundamental right that prevails over non fundamental rights and, in addition, this photograph or recording is a personal data protected by the Data Protection legislation, being the person or persons responsible for taking photographs or recording images, as well as their use and distribution.
